I deeply regret that I had to reach out through alternative channels due to FACE's failure to demonstrate accountability, foster community, and address serious issues of racism. However, I am pleased to see that this matter is being taken seriously, and I will await the final resolution.

I find it both unnecessary and unacceptable for someone in a leadership position, particularly someone earning a six-figure salary, to publicly suggest that participants should be "grateful" for the program, especially in front of program supervisors and other members of the public. This kind of behavior is unprofessional, and the situation around the wallet has yet to be rectified, making the notion of gratitude seem unwarranted. I understand the delays are being addressed, and I appreciate your clarity on the matter however the principle is still the same.

After the presentation, several individuals approached me with concerns about how Hyepim addressed Black participants differently from others, especially in a way that was both unwarm, inappropriate and unacceptable. These concerns will not be taken lightly. I also have recorded video footage of inappropriate behavior Demonstrated by Hyepim in the hallways, prior to her racist comments about grattitue and more, after I had already politely asked her to tone down her discriminatory attitude. Furthermore, I was denied the same Korean resources offered to other Asian participants, (until I made a big deal about it and asked for resources in. English which they didn’t really have) which, as you may understand, is discriminatory in nature. I have documentation of this interaction as well.

This issue is not about personal frustration, but about raising awareness of unacceptable conduct. Hyepim’s actions made several people feel uncomfortable and unsafe, and it is essential that such discriminatory behavior is not overlooked. To be clear, I have always been open in sharing my honest experiences on social media and have never been blocked for doing so. Especially not weeks after the interaction happens.

It is troubling that FACE appears to be attempting to downplay or conceal Hyepim’s unprofessional conduct, and I strongly believe this situation requires accountability and appropriate corrective action.

Once again, I appreciate your willingness to address these concerns, and I apologize for having to involve multiple parties due to the lack of responsibility, communication, and discrimination within a single organization.

Wishing you a wonderful holiday season. I look forward to hearing updates from FACE, Metro, and regarding this racist interaction and the mobility wallet. I remain hopeful that we can resolve this and have the program accessible by mid-year.

1- They must have deals with brokers to make people take the first time home buyers course without actually being mandatory and not being trasnparent about the process.
2- They will not give you the completion certificate if you dont give them your tax documents, social security number and all personal you info you should not give to anyone.
3- They will REFUSE to refund you and wont provide the certificate without those documents.
