It’s nice, quiet and was a cool place to live in the East Cortona apartment dead smack in the middle of the town center. Multiple bars, restaurants and a movie theater all within less than 2 minutes walking distance. BUT, it reached its peak about 3 years ago and has been going down hill fast with overcrowding caused by 2 more new apartment complexes across the street that they just finished cramming into an already overcrowded and serious parking issues which is why I’m not renewing my lease.

I like some of the stores and restaurants but hate going due to the terrible parking. There is never any parking. It doesn't matter if every store is empty, which it usually is. There is never any parking.. where do all these people go. The only place that is busy is Glorias latin cuisine.

Reviews prior to covid mention vacancies and store closings, now virtually nothing is open except the anchors. 2 weeks before Christmas there was no foot traffic, what would you expect with endless expanses of empty stores. FTC is not a lifestyle center, the excessive parking in the center makes FTC feel more like a couple of strip centers thrown together.

Nice area but ever busy. Several restaurants, I always go to the Dillard’s here. Not a big store, but always has most of what I need.
