My daughter is a volunteer in this facility and she enjoys coming here spending time with the residents. She helps them during group activities and she loves playing Bingo with them. Everyone here is very friendly and caring. The staff treat their patients and residents like their own family. They just recently renovated their patio and it's a great place to hangout and get some fresh air for all staff, patients and visitors. I highly recommend this place for their 5-star service.

My mother was there up until she passed 2020. Nurses are rude but Assistants were good. I wished they had called me prior to my mom activally in her dying phase but waited until her last breath. Nurse with blond hair morning shift was a snot when I ask about it. Complaints supposed to have been taken seriously. 2 older women told me that things were ignored for hours when it came to changing diapers, but there was retaliation for reporting it. Short staffed, clothing was stolen so we did her own laundry. Rehab part was great and food was fairly good. Just be very proactive for loved ones staying there

I checked out about 6 different similar facilities in the area and found the best for my my mom is at Fairfield Post-Acute Rehab. The staff is caring, gentle, helpful, and very patient. Mom even likes the food and she's pretty picky. Everyone we've worked with there has been great and they really try to make things better and be helpful. No one wants to be in a situation where they need help, but when you need help, it's good to know that caring people are there. Sincere thanks to everyone there, a great staff!

I give this place 5+ stars. My father has been here for over 1 month and he is happy with the care. When my siblings and I go visit our dad looks happy, clean, and well taken care of. The whole staff in this facility is amazing! CNA’s are rockstars! PT, OT, and Speech are amazing. Nurses are always helpful and answer any questions or concerns. Administrative staff are very welcoming. Everyone looks happy and you can see that they enjoy their jobs. Very attentive, compassion, and respect. When I leave from visiting my father I know he is in good hands and well taken care of. Thank you Fairfield Post Acute!!

This place is AWSOME! My mother has been housed here since March and its been a pleasure. The admission process was flawless(thanks Sarah), the facility grounds are clean and organized. The staff has been great taking care of my mother especially the rockstars Sudha, Eva, Cathy, Kadisha, Jesvir and Alex! They have take extra special care and I know she's in great hands with them. 1000 stars!

About 10 months ago my mother considered it her home for months. She loves it there. People are like family already and the care for their patient is always their main concern. There’s a lot of activities for their patients and they take time in caring for them. The place is managed very well. I fully recommend this facility.
