Honestly I've never met nicer people in my life. Recently I feel very I'll and couldn't work and then found out I have stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer that's spread to almost everywhere except my brain and liver and I'm only 43. I needed help and didn't know where to turn so I called 211 and they hooked me up with alot of resources and I couldn't be more grateful. I've worked since i was 14 years old and didn't know about any help like this. I'm still waiting on a housing situation but that's not their fault. If you really need help and are willing to try call them they can and WILL help you! Thanks again 211 and the wonderful people who work there!

Very helpful ladies! If they don't know something, they will point you in the right direction. Usually they answer pretty quickly , but if they are too busy and can't answer the phone I've had them call when they were free finally take my call. Thanks for all you do 211 for so many families!!!

I was homeless for over a year and a half.
They helped me with apartments to call and with rent and deposit.
They also offer food to assist you.
I received an air conditioner and helpful house items as well. They have been great!
It has been almost a year now.

Very rude, the lady I spoke to today was very rude and made me feel like she was better then me for simple doing what they are there for!! So sad and my daughter is the one suffering because they are rude and like to belittle everyone. They act like the services are coming out of there pockets.. very sad

Came to bring paperwork back and had to call, no one answered, so I knocked and the black lady was really rude. Ya'll are supposed to help people, if she don't like her job she should quit.
