Everyday Hero Housing helped my brother, a police officer, and his family purchase their first ever home. I am in the medical field, and I will make sure everyone I work with hears about this amazing company. They helped them with the entire home buying process and gave them free money to pay their closing costs. I did not know that companies like this are out there. This is a much needed help for community heroes, and we should all show them all the support we can. They absolutely deserve it.

Everyday Hero Housing is a God send. I am in law enforcement and the assistance they provided me and my family to purchase our first ever home, was on point and right on time. We have been renting the same house for 7 years and the owner decided to sell because the market is so good for sellers. He gave us 60 days to move and as you can imagine, this was very stressful for my family and I. I never really thought I had what it took to purchase a home and that is why I never really looked into it. A colleague suggested looking into EHHAF and I can honestly say, it was the best advice ever. First contact was Janna, but her entire team was just fantastic. They were patient and professional and held my hand through the entire process. The real estate agent they assigned, sherry, was so amazing with helping me understand the process and market. Everyday Hero Housing Assistance fund helped me and my family when our backs were against the wall. They were right on time with their services, and we cannot be more thankful. They helped us get approved for a mortgage with not so great credit. We got turned down by 3 other banks before finding EHHAF. This was basically our last ditch effort, and we expected the same results. We have no idea how they did it, but who are we to questions their processes. I’m a medical professional. Unless I was not looking in the right places, there are not a lot of services or help out there for us. I wanted to buy a home and had no idea where to start. I heard the process was going to be very stressful so I was not looking forward to any of it. I would be the first in my family, to have purchased my own home. From the recommendation of a colleague, I applied to EHHAF to help me with this process. I did not know what to expect, but from the moment Stacy, my EHHAF agent, made contact with me, I knew I was in the right place. She and her team at MHAF were amazing and helped me get through the pre-approval process and then assigned my real estate agent Shannan. Everyone, including the lending team, were professional and responded to all my questions immediately, even on the weekends. I just closed on my home and ended up paying $250 in closing costs, out of the initial $8600 I was facing. This organization is everything I needed and more, and I want to make sure I let everyone in the medical field know that these guys are out there.
