Nice little trail. At a touch over four miles we were able to finish the hike in about 2.5 hours, we stopped fairly often for our dog. The elevation gain isnt bad at all and the views are wonderful. It is rocky through much of the easy to follow trail. There are mountain bikes on this trail too. Not a super busy trail, but you pass people fairly regularly. We enjoyed our hike on this quick little trail.

Great area. Probably one of the best views of the Rockies with not a very difficult hike. You can mountain bike, but I actually have met several people who have broken an arm or something on the bends down, so you might want to assess your skill beforehand. When I went here last summer, I saw this little bird near the end of the trail! It was definitely a good way to end off a great hike. Also, it is in the Three Sisters area, so there is a bathroom near the trailhead and a few other hikes nearby. Parking can be a bit tricky on weekends, however.

Nice hiking trail just adjacent to Alderfer and Three Sisters with volunteers in the area to give you tips. Plenty of mountain bikers along the way in both directions, so careful that you don't get in each other's way. Views aren't the most rewarding, but that's okay.
