What an amazing gem of a library in such a small town as Estes Park! I'm so happy I got my library card here and that I'm a local!

It was a rainy day and we needed to entertain our two young kids. This library was perfect! We enjoyed reading books and they were happy to play quietly with the train table. We spent two lovely hours here. Pubic libraries are so critical in so many ways! Plus, as we were getting ready to go, an elk and her baby laid down right outside the window, which was neat!

Clean and comfortable, with offerings you wouldn't expect, like the crafting studio upstairs and e-tablets you can check out. I have been gobbling up the music on hand, ripping each into my laptop while I am reading in a comfy chair. Glad to be a card-carrying member!

This is such a clean, quiet & pleasant library. I really love it. Also, as a local who doesn't own a printer, it's nice having a library that lets you print out things for a reasonable price. So if you're ever in Estes Park on a busy summer day and are looking for some peace and quiet, this is the place to go.

I love this library and as a local I come here often with my family. HOWEVER, it wasn't until recently that when I brought my husband here that I had a bad experience with the staff upstairs. My husband is a very successful pharmacist and had to do some highly important meetings in a quiet space, and we figured the library would be perfect for this. When we decided to take the private study room, as soon as we shut the door we had a male staff member stand at the door waving at us in anger while rolling his eyes. I guess we had to sign a piece of paper (just write our name on a line, nothing slightly important) and we hadn't been aware of this until he threw a fit about it. A grown man. About 30 minutes into my husband's meeting we were interrupted by banging on the glass, because I had my leg up on a chair during his meeting. I probably will never return to this library again because this behavior was absolutely uncalled for and we didn't deserve this treatment. We never once did anything wrong and were completely respectful the whole time, just to be absolutely disrespected in return.

Told by a librarian my child was too loud for the "readers" on the first floor. He and his brother were nicely enjoying the train table making "choo choo" train noises. Not running around, not yelling or causing any sort of scene. I was absolutely appalled. We were in the children's area! We came to visit the Library as a fun activity to do with our kids and we're very disappointed in how we were treated. I will not be making the trip here next visit. I will drive the extra miles to the next library in town.
