An amazing resort style community for 55 and better. The pet friendliness, the lodge, the pool with private cabanas, pet parks and washing stations. There is so much going on you should set time up to get a full experience of everything Esplande has to offer.

The Lodge kitchen is run by a coward and the entire building is managed by a lazy coward who have both lost complete control of the entire facility. They let their sous chef walk all over her colleagues and create a hostile environment. They allow her to act like their boss and she is never given a write up, just paid leave to come back and terrorize other employees. The cycle shall repeat until new managers are hired and that coward chef is fired.

Came here to see the homes being built. Wow!! This is an amazing community. Great layout for home designs. You will not believe the amenities here. It is a 55 plus neighborhood. So I have a little bit of time to save for my home.
