Today is March 26, Epilepsy Awareness Day. I stopped by your office to make a donation and pickup a purple ribbon to spread awareness and honor my daughter. Your office was closed, no one in the office. No signs about the day, nothing in the lobby. For someone whose daughter passed away from SUDEP and wanted to honor her memory and help others, I am disappointed to not have people in the office to talk to and spread awareness on this day of days. I will be donating instead to SUDEP Action in the UK where our family has found great support and they are doing wonderful things for families with Epilepsy. I will go make my own purple ribbon today from the store.

Wow this place is a total scam.

As a person with epilepsy asking them for assistance and guidance, they offer nothing. no help, no hope.

All they do is hold zoom meetings, and fundraisers to pay their own salaries.

Place needs to be shut down asap. its just false hope. An organization siphoning funds to pay themselves instead of actually helping people with epilepsy.

Every time I come to this place they give me such a hard time. If I already have a disorder which makes it hard to maneuver through life the last thing I need is people looking down on me because I need assistance. And then it's always new rules with me like oh we don't help but only this much or we we only can pay straight through your bills it's just very weird I get weird Vibes when I come here and I don't want to say racist but it seems close

I have seizures now and been not able to get help it’s hurry up and wait. I reached out and spoke with Ms. Hill she got me resources and she is assisting me with case management as well as a support group. They have a true passion to help you get through the pain and the unknown. Thank you from a veteran and Firefighter paramedic
