I took the PAX Tools class from both a parent’s perspective, as well as a teacher’s perspective! I was so impressed with each of the different “tools” and how they each supported positive discipline methods! I loved all of the ideas, the conversations, my own bag of tools and I especially love the PAX Tools app on my phone!!! Super helpful! I probably use it 5-6 times a week! My kids love it too and they get excited when they see me pull it out! Often times they’ll suggest I use it before I even think about it! My speaker was Ms. Kristen! She was very engaging and very knowledgeable! I really enjoyed this class and I would recommend it to all parents and all teachers to have in the back of their pockets!
Thank you Kristen and Envision Partnerships! I will definitely plan on taking future classes from this agency in the future!

Envision Partnerships offers top notch services. My daughters have participated in their school based services and they thrived in their FIERCE Girls group. This provided a safe space where they received skills to empower them to be strong leaders of integrity among their peers and they acquired skills to help them make wise choices when pressured negatively by peers.
I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to go through the Pax Tools Training and the QPR Gatekeeper Training. I am more equipped as a parent as I learned behavioral strategies to help our kids self-regulate and acquired tools to recognize the signs of crisis, know how to respond, and help those at risk of suicide. The tool kit and resources supplied are an added bonus!
Kristen Smith is an excellent trainer and facilitator. She has a creative way of presenting the material. She is engaging, humble, and transparent. Envision is making a positive impact in our community! So thankful for their services.
