We moved to the area a few months ago and were so excited to find Envision! Yes, they teach all of the physical elements of Taekwondo but equally if not more important is the coaching of children (and adults) on how to build critical success skills such as focus, memory, discipline, respect, goal setting, self confidence, resilience, and leadership. Inspired by my kiddos, I decided to join as well and have been pleasantly surprised at improvements in my focus, coordination, and confidence in a relatively short amount of time. Its also a nice workout to boot. Its no wonder this format/style is adopted by gyms around the world and how lucky are we to be at the headquarters, trained by the founding owners!
