My mother has rented vehicle's here a couple times. And never had a problem until July 17,2024. She had her reservation and everything. The woman at the counter was just rude and very unprofessional... I WOULDN'T
recommend this enterprise. until there's better service.

On 11/01/23 I was scheduled for a reservation where someone would pick me up at 8:30 AM EST from a collision center nearby. I called at 8:15AM EST to advise they could send someone out. I was told they were getting someone to head my way shortly. The Enterprise Employee didn’t show up until 9:28AM EST, almost an hour after schedule pickup. This was after my second call to this establishment to see when should I expect someone. The representative on the phone stated I should have called when I got there and I informed him I did call at 8:15AM and it’s now 8:58AM. Not to mention it’s 40 degrees today. These people are not considered of others time at all, I literally waited a hour to get picked up. This is unacceptable.

Idk what lady helped my husband but we were originally quoted 167$ roughly. Then after he got there he told me it was about 300$. No reason it should have almost doubled. I’d get if it was 200$ bc the email said the 167 was the estimate but 300$ is crazy and no reason for over 100$ difference. And then she had issues with our debit card. Refused to take it even though I was able to use it before. Email said Visa cards. I’ve used my cashapp card before but this time didn’t let us. And I asked if I could use my card bc we are married and he just add it to his Apple Pay and she refused. Don’t forget the roachs he found on the floor as well. Terrible establishment and people here. Go to a different location or company. Car wasn’t even ready either when he got there. Wait like hour and a half Jsut to not get the car. But when I went through months back for a rental it was ready no problem super fast and easy And my card was accepted. We had a military dinner he had to attend at fort Jackson and a graduation and plans had to change because they wanted to be difficult. Photo of the disgusting roach too.

The gentlemen who “helped us” did not. He was using his AirPod for personal use talking to a friend. while We waited for him to figure out where our reservation was he said it was at the tire shop and he would contact us in an hour when it was done. Fast forward 1 hour 36 minutes. Nothing. Then we found out that the vehicle that was for our reservation was not even a real vehicle and was lied to so they can try and find a vehicle out of thin air. So now instead of them just being truthful about it and being ahead of schedule as intended or on time we had to redo our flight to Europe costing a significant amount of money.

Still sitting waiting to be picked up while my car is being repaired. Can’t get them on the phone. Was told to call when I need to be picked up regardless of the 830am pick up time from shop. They won’t even answer for me to tell them I’m here. I’m so about to cancel my reservation and use someone else. As soon as I can get through 57 min waiting and counting

Made a reservation on the website when we got their to pick it up they said it was being service it would be ready in 1 hour. Waited 1 hour called back to see if it was ready and the branch manager told me it would be 45 min I asked for a discount and than she says they made a mistake and they don't have one available and then she starts telling me that it's my fault because I made the reservation only a day ahead. Ended up not get a rental at all, she hung up on me. Very bad customer I will not go back to enterprise.

It’s never fun after a car wreck. Allstate got me a nice ride. This one only had 2300 miles. I wish I could have gotten it sooner but it is what it is. In the end Allstate and Enterprise did me right.

The staff was completely nice but Tyler gave me excellent customer service...any time I need a car I will definitely come to this location.
