Our nonprofit just moved our accounts from a traditional bank to Ent Credit Union and we are so grateful that we did. The rates here are much more favorable and help us increase our funds, so we can continue to do more good in the community. Not to mention, fees are almost nonexistent. A special shout out to Lily Li who went the extra mile helping us set up our accounts. It was a process on both ends, but her dedication and patience was much appreciated. It's nice to be part of a financial institution that is actually invested in the community and is not just paying lip service.

I just had the most wonderful experience at the Parker CO location. Marissa Pederson help my two teenagers set up their first checking/savings accounts. She was so kind, patient , and knowledgeable. She explained everything to them without talking down to them and made them feel so comfortable. I'm forever grateful that my kid's first banking experience was with Marissa.

Best banking experience ever! They are local to Colorado and understand banking needs of us Coloradans. Chris Chase was really knowledgeable and extremely helpful. 10/10 to Chris’ customer service! I love ent as a company. However when I walk in on a Friday afternoon to open another account and get told all of the bankers went to lunch and nobody would be available to help me for another 3 hours it's slightly upsetting. I would have been glad to wait for someone to return from a normal lunch break. However the fact that alllll of the bankers where go e and would not return for 3 hours is absurd.

Always courteous and professional. We have banked with ENT for many years, and have had only one issue. It was resolved immediately. Thank you ENT, for not being like the high pressure sales people at Wells Fargo!
