I started calling the energy assistance phone line and was unable to get in each time a message from the system was saying the assistance line will be available on May first @ 2pm well today is May first so what are we to do lol.

Ms. Chelsea E and Michaela went above and beyond to assist me. They were patient and really helped me through the entire process. These ladies deserve a raise and incentive for their customer service. Ever since COVID some people forget we are human and treat us with disrespectfulness but these ladies went above and beyond to truly help me. They are very professional, smart, intelligent and helpful!

Just called does not offer rental assistance I know people are MAINLY CALLING for Rental Assistance. This place does not offer don't bother calling. They Only Offer you Utility but Georgia Power already offers a Pay By Day . I haven't been late on a light bill in 4 months. THE RENT IS WHAT I NEED HELP WITH. Don't bother calling 211 unless you have kids. If you just seeking for help out here. Call your quits and move this city only offers help for needy families

It was hard for me to not put 5, but I thought about it alot. I appreciate Enrichment Services for all that they do, but when they do giveaways, like the one they did today, it has no structure. I had been there since 3:30. By the time I made it to the actual giveaway at 6:47, they had nothing. The lady in front of me got a gas card, but when it got to me, they were out. She said Goodwill has giftcards and you will get one of those...there was no giftcards of any kind. I waited in the line and they did things in such a way that people who got there at 5 got to go ahead of the people had been there waiting.

Don't waste your time trying to call. Just had 1 question and they wanna hang up the phone after 3/4 rings. I guess since I called an hour before they close, they're gonna be lazy, then again judging from the other reviews, they're ALWAYS lazy. Smh.

I was happy to see and speak with some old friends. Trying to get my great granddaughter in school. Little one is showing signs of wanting to learn. Mom has to enroll her. Rules are rules,& I should know, I worked there. Always courtesy and safety are used. Loved the visit. Received all the information needed. Hopefully my youngest will be accepted. Thank you.
