I’m beyond grateful and very humbled for the Energy Resource Center and all who were so amazing taking care of the energy audit and installation of heat pump furnace and hot water heater!! Thank you to all from the application process, communication as to each step, and through the final inspections! Thanks to Ken and all staff at Energy Resource Center, Gaddie Electric and Delta Mechanical!!!! Each and all were beyond my expectations, very knowledgeable, professional and excellent communication at every step of the way! THANK YOU!!

Very nice and professional. They came in and replaced my furnace quickly when the old one broke down. The crew they sent out was very informative about everything and they did a good job. They respected my house and were very courteous. Thank you ERC I appreciate it you guys are great. Even the electrician that came out from code 3 electric was awesome.

Called the LEAP number because my heater quit working. They sent the work over to Energy Resource Center. Didn't expect such quick response. Got the call at 7:45 this morning. Said he would be here around 8:30. Arrived a shade early (thank goodness) and after a couple of questions and a signature, he went to work on my furnace. Had it diagnosed and even had part needed in his van. He finished in under an hour. With two extra cold days coming, this was so helpful. Very polite and professional. I do believe his name was John. And NO money out of pocket. If not for LEAP and this non-profit organization, I would not have been able to afford this . Excellent work. My deepest thanks.

These people are awesome! They are very helpful, and very professional about the way that they conduct business. Insulation, door seals, digital thermostat, proper dryer venting, and on and on, all for free because I am low income. I can't recommend them enough if you are low income and your heating/cooling bills are just plain too high!

The Energy Resource Center is great and I would recommend them to anyone in their service territory! They insulated and air sealed two homes on my property. I am a professional in the energy efficiency field and therefore had many questions. They were very patient and worked with me to arrive at the best solutions for my home. The staff was very professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everything was done right and I was happy. And when you work with ERC you are also supporting their non-profit which helps a lot of people that aren't able to afford the full cost of energy upgrades but are in dire need of the health, safety, and utility savings benefits of them.

Here's a company that has bent over backwards to meet my needs and expectations as a customer a number of times. They have provided superior service and quality products for a surprisingly reasonable price. They aren't trying to price gouge and that's refreshing. Our furnace totally crashed in the middle of winter - and we all know what a desperate situation that can become, I was surprised to see that they did not try to mark up their product prices or labor costs to take advantage of our vulnerable situation. Everyone involved in ERC from the efficiency testing guys, to the product specialists, to the installers, all the way up to the owner of the company were genuine people. They shared their knowledge at every opportunity and checked back to see if we had any additional questions with while we price shopped and did our own research. I'm pleased all the way around. If you have HVAC needs or any kind of furnace repairs call these guys. You really can trust them.

Fabulous job, excellent workmanship and exceptional people!
The weatherization done to my home exceeds all expectations.
Insulation, furnace repair, duct sealing, CO2 detector, blanket for hot water heater and weather stripping are just a few of the many things they fixed or repaired.

I phoned the ERC today about some questions I had concerning my furnace and winterizing. They were very helpful and answered my questions. I know they have been around for quite a long time and I know them to do excellent work helping low income residents with their energy needs. Keep up your excellent work.
