I checked in with 1 person ahead of me. All I needed was a Covid test so I could go back to work. Instead the doctor decided to make me wait 2 hours while she had lunch, dealt with two patients after me and when I checked in to see what was taking so long she was putting in prescriptions before even taking my vital or doing my swab. I waited 2 hours for a 20 minute test and ended up leaving because the doctor made me feel like I wasn’t important. It wasn’t a big enough concern for them to get to me in a decent time or to even let me know what was going on. I had to question the entire time I was waiting.

Reply: I checked in with one person ahead of me and another person checked in 25 minutes after me. He was given a room and labs before I was even talked to. I was pulled back and placed into a room where no one talked to me for a whole hour and 15 minutes… no one told me anything. You would assume if someone is busy or needing to do something else you would tell the patient. No one did not until I got up and went to ask what was happening. Whats actually funny is the Salem health took care of me in 1 hour which is a heck of a lot faster than with you. I would rather have gone to an Emergency room than deal with this and I will be from here on out. I couldn’t just go get a pharmacy test because my job requires me to have one from a doctor before I can work again. At home tests aren’t allowed in my field especially since is a medical field. My company and I provide the best care to our clients and that means getting a test done by professional rather than me doing it at home.

I want to preface this that the individuals working in the office were absolutely lovely! They were literally the only positive part of my experience!!! I want to share my experience so that if someone truly needs urgent care they consider going someplace else.

I arrived at 11:10am because their posted hours state they open at 11am. As soon as I got there they let me know that their provider wasn’t there yet and they’d be in at 12:15. I was disappointed because there really isn’t a point to urgent care if there isn’t a provider there, but I chose to stick around because by the time I drove to another urgent care the provider would have arrived. In theory.

I asked if it was normal to not have the provider be there at the time they open and was told by the front desk that the provider “drives in from Happy Valley and that this time of year they are often delayed due to construction”. It was implied that this is a routine occurrence.

I watched multiple other customers come in and be told increasingly longer wait times, with the staff ultimately telling them the provider wouldn’t be there until 1:15pm. Many patients came in, heard the wait time (again, not due to volume, but because the provider was extremely late), and opt to leave.

The provider finally arrived around 1:30. At this point I had waited over 2 hours to be seen. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and felt rushed since there was now a number of people in line behind me that the provider had to get to next.

I understand the state of healthcare and would not take issue if I was waiting due to patient volume. I do take issue that apparently it’s acceptable for the provider to routinely be delayed. I understand a long commute and that it’s possible this was a one-time thing, but there’s a difference between a slight unanticipated delay and not taking into account that construction will impact your travel time to your job.

All of this to say I will be avoiding this urgent care in the future. At the very least, if you do need to go to this location I wouldn’t recommend arriving until at least 1pm as there is a good chance they won’t have a provider there yet to see you.

As a young mother to a toddler and currently pregnant, I am super grateful that they were able to see me. The entire team was amazing and so quick. They were so helpful and let me setup a payment plan for the bill I had from the previous visit so that I could be seen!

Such an amazing group of providers and will definitely go back and recommend to my family and friends!

I hadn't been seen in a little while + I called them to find out if I can get a prescription for my rescue inhaler and they told me that they would give me a one-time exception. I'm having a hard time with my breathing and I can't afford. You know to go in and be seen right now and I don't have insurance anymore and they did. They helped me out tremendously so they're calling it in to my pharmacy for me. Nobody else would help. I appreciate you guys completely. Thank you. I would recommend for anybody to go there if they need to be seen

I'm a 100% Disabled Veteran that Emurgent Care helped when I needed it Most. I went there for an emergency thinking it would be covered by the VA. The VA didn't cover it because I hadn't been seen by them in 2 years. I guess if you've been healthy, or avoiding crowds during COVID you get kicked out of the system until you Pop back in again. Dr. Kohistani got me back on The Good Foot and her Staff worked with me on the Bill until I was able to pay it off. Thank you Ladies for this Positive Experience when I Needed it Most...🙏💯❗

I always come here compared to other clinics! Very efficient and the provider is amazing. It's hard finding a provider who takes the time to listen, and takes your symptoms seriously. Crystal listens and does everything she can to help! The staff are so helpful and polite. I will continue bringing my family here!

This really is my go to place for the whole family. Besides being AWESOME at what they do, Crystal has TWICE repaired medical procedures that were botched by our Primary. I cannot give enough praise and recommendations regarding this establishment!

SO unprofessional. Claimed we owed a bill from two years prior that we received no letters, phone calls, or anything about. Then said it’s in collections. They refused to see my disabled veteran wife who is also 37 weeks pregnant. We contacted collections and they said there is NO BILL. Wasted our time and ultimately did not care about the health and safety of a patient. Clearly the office staff needs proper training on how to treat patients and look up bills.
