There's a couple of guys there that are ok. I'm a diabetic and lost my insurance and can't afford to buy insulin. I was in the hospital/ICU and missed a couple days of work which caused my check to be short and I wasn't able to make a full payment....I informed Dave of this and he asked when I could make the payment and I told him my next check. There are guys there that don't have jobs and Mommy and daddy pay the way so it's ok there at least one there that has been out of work and can't pay rent half the time. Not me.... I always work and have been short on rent one time and they tell me I have to go. If you or sometime else is looking for a place to go I wouldn't recommend Emmys house

Dave you should be more honest. You saying that I've been short on my rent several months is a lie.....I have bank statements showing Everytime I purchased money orders.... So be honest for Christ sake. And what's with people not having to do UA's because they are exempt? And one more thing you should be a gentleman and let that bearded wife out yours use a razor. That's gross. But if your into making out with bearded lady's, I guess that's your thing

If you know someone that is planning on staying at these houses they really should reconsider...as a house manager I can tell you it was very confusing ...save the ones you love from thinking this is a good transition spot from D.O.C. Or community corrections...it is not conducive to sobriety, safety or, healthy path forward in transition..."its just business" is what the owner said...I said I disagree...it is about these men's lives and encouraging these men to become contributing members of society...not sit around all day on social media and worse...I learned what I don't want to be from this situation...

Although the intent for good is there, the realism is not beneficial. The owners are good folks but are severely lacking in management capabilities. In 2 + months staying there, I had 2 UA’s and know there were house members who were using on the regular. Not much real accountability, especially for those in ComCorr’s graces or coming out of treatment
