We have an Emeril Lagasse French door air fryer. Love it , but now the French doors do not work. They no longer open together, only one at a time. Have to have someone help when using. As the doors will not stay open & do not want to burn my arms.
Very unsafe
Able to return my air fryer for replacement (cost us just under $72.00 as they don’t help with the return not even with a box).
Hopefully doesn’t take long to get my replacement. They should receive my return today 7/21/23.

Only took about 4 days to receive my replacement after I called to let them know my return arrived there.
Not happy I had to pay for shipping & not being refunded

Moved to a new home & the French doors broke again. Would not recommend this product as the doors break easily

I picked up tickets here to an Emeril sponsored event. All of the staff there were extremely helpful and very polite.
