Overall I have had a wonderful experience at this little library.

Today, I went in with Stephan because I knew that this was a quiet place with not many people and we could quickly pop into a room so Steph could take a work meeting. There are literally 4 other cars in the parking lot.

Upon arrival we were given the 10th degree about his service pup, who is registered and papered. Asking questions such as "what service does he provide", "will he lay down then?" and the piece de resistance "I can ask what questions I want as this is a public place." Steph has his papers but he was IN a work meeting and could not address these questions.

The librarian came back shortly, asking if we had reserved the room we were occupying. I said we had not as we were unaware, every time we come by this room was empty. She continued speaking loudly after we both had advised her my Steph was ACTIVELY in a work meeting. I asked her if she and I could reserve the room outside so Steph could have some privacy since he was in a meeting and she proceeded to drag her feet to exit the room, talking loudly the entire time.

I don't know what was going on as this is not the norm but I was highly dissatisfied with my experience today.
