Elevate is unbelievably reliable, fast, and affordable. There are levels of internet service that match every home’s individual needs. On 11/19/24 I my router went out. Rachel, Customer Service Representative, helped me to get back online. She also put in a priority ticket for me to have a new router installed ASAP. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Within a few minutes, I received a call from Elevate Tech Support to schedule an appointment for installation of a new router. 48 hours later (my delay, not Elevate's), technicians Isaac and Josh arrived as scheduled. They were also very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful, answering all my questions about re-connecting my network (so many of my devices are wirelessly connected). To say, I am thrilled with having Elevate as my internet provider is an understatement. Highly recommend.

Elevate Internet is solid! Fast reliable and friendly folks.
Elevate Internet supports our local community. I went to a football game, my first of the season! They reserved seats for the whole community of Olathe. Elevate Internet helped my children during covid. They provided free internet for students. Students were able to complete their homework as well as maintain a "social life", that is, as much as possible to stay in contact with their friends. Outstanding people, service, and dedication to the community. Thank you Elevate Internet!

Took a over a month to get hooked up, had it for two weeks then it quit. They failed to install a new fiber hookup and then proceeded to tell it would be a week before they could get to me to fix it. I took the first half of my day off to be here for them to show up because they told that I would be the first stop. At 2:00 I called and had to explain that 4 days ago I set up an appointment to which they finally showed up later that day. Then I get my bill they charged me for there screw up. I should have known that since they are under DMEA that I was going to get screwed. So my recommendation is you find a provider that is not controlled by these crooks.

We have had Elevate since it was first available in our area in 2018. The speed and dependability has been a great blessing to us. I have a small, home based consulting business and at times do considerable research. Elevate has made that a breeze. During COVID, both my husband and I worked simultaneously from home basically without a hiccup. My husband was talking to an associate in Los Angeles a while back and they could not believe the speed available to our small community - so much faster than theirs.

Fast & Reliable Local Fiber Internet!
We have now had Elevate for three years. Taylor & Kelby were extremely helpful during the installation process and walked us through setting up the Elevate IQ app to be able to mange what our children can access. The service is incredibly fast regardless of the weather or the number of devices running in our home. They also helped us set up an extender in our shop. We recently had some issues with our service. We were able to contact support and upgrade our router with no charge and everything is working great again.

I work from home with a day full of online meetings, and I was back online before my workday began.
