Can't say anything bad at all. I called and must've gotten them on a break, so I requested a call back, less than 10mins and I got a call. The woman working around 220pm-226pm, I believe her name is Brie, was very polite and made quick work of helping me get my child support declaration. I've never had such good customer service with them, like I have today.

This place does not care about the needs of children. They closed my case because the father wouldn’t contact them and they weren’t able to find him. I have not received any help from them for my three kids. It seems that if the father doesn’t want to pay child support, he just has to dodge their phone calls. It’s easy to get away with not paying in Colorado. Thanks for nothing.

Ive been trying to get support from my ex wife for about 2 years and every time I go in I see a different person. And I always get the same answer in general. We called they didn't answer, we are waiting on the other states. Is unreal that it is taking this long.

Melissa Kier and Janessa are excellent at their jobs. I called in to speak with someone about a case, Janessa, Very knowledgeable. She is nice, and approachable. She let me know exactly what needed to be done as my mod was already approved, very professional and definitely someone I would put on the top payroll. Thank you Janessa. Melissa is my tech. She was very personable and easy to talk too. She gets back to you right away and someone I enjoy speaking with. Good communication !! 10000000000000 stars to Melissa and Janessaā˜ŗļø

These people are liars. It’s been a whole year. My car still have not been fixed. I just had an investigation investigator to call me after the whole year coming up on and was gonna close out my case, but she asked me did anybody from the company or the other company reach out to me about my damages or getting fixed. I explained to her no she is the first person that had reached out to me within this whole year about my car so she said she wasn’t gonna close the case until she do every day and her power to figure out what’s going on Now that we got everything together Amy is literally sitting up here telling this investigation lady even the her balls that she never promised me that she was gonna get my damage done and she verbally told me this every single day. I asked her about the damages to my car. She told me that her and her boss was gonna make the situation right after being called a Nigga through this situation she never mentioned anything about the other guy at the company who actually worker was she just told me Brookdale was gonna make it right now here I am a year later and the lady is trying to re-look over the case to see what’s going on before she closes it. She emails me the other day to tell me do I have any Witnesses that can write a statement about this situation which I have done already she asked me do I have any statements from Amy saying that she was going to fix the damages when I have verbal statements from her every day that I’ve been at work saying she was gonna fix my car I even had her on the had my mama on the phone while she was speaking to me about fixing the damages on my car so I’m not understanding why I have to go to East mouth for something that the ED promised to get done when I was an employee at the job once I quit because of their negligence as caregivers and also asked the ED I had to quit because ain’t no way that I could keep seeing elderly people get hurt on the watch of caregivers and also the ED the places is ridiculous. They don’t treat the customers right nor the residence. It’s really sad. That employees are even scared to even write a statement on my behalf because they so worried about losing their jobs and this really sucks for my behalf because I need this stuff to get my car fixed. There is been going on a whole year and now they just now reaching out to me to try to do anything so like I said, I’m gonna get those witnesses. They heard her say what she said while we was at work to bring me those statements to give it to them so they can complete their investigation. If does that anything get done? I am going to do my lawsuit cause I really feel like at this point this is just holding me up from doing my lawsuit because they can’t try tostall out, but I’m not waiting no more. I have the money to do it and I don’t mind my time and my money to go to get my car fixed.

I waited for a mouth for child support. I call couldn't get in touch had to call denver. Denver let the funds go through. Elpaso County had my water and utilities and gas shut off. Plus had to use food pantry. That's why I call Denver first .

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. I turned paperwork in 3 YEARS AGO and I never received and update or any information until I started calling to see what was going on. They say they couldn’t find the other party to serve them, even though they were in JAIL and were a ward of the state! I had to become a private investigator and do their job and provided the information for them to find him. I’m so annoyed because every time I call very few people are helpful and there was a man that worked there particularly and he belittled me the entire time and didn’t want to help me! These people to do not care and they don’t want to help you.

I was supposed to get a phone call from a supervisor as they sent my home and work address to my ex. My information was supposed to be kept private, and now I have to worry about so much that can happen! They offered to put in a new request to make my information private, but what's the point now. It's not like I can just move.
Thanks for violating my privacy. What steps do I take now, law suit?
