1.5 generation is a hidden gem in Irvine! After moving to Irvine in 2020, my family have been trying to get in touch with different churches and groups to find one that really resonates with us. I was born and raised up in China and my husband is an ABC. We feel 1.5 Gen is customized by God for us, where we meet couples with similar background. Don't get me wrong it's very inclusive too for people from different background. Our kids come here and they have a great time playing and learning the Bible stories. Highly recommend it if you are also searching for a church and small groups.

I love the friends here very much, especially suitable for young couples/ families with children. At Sunday, Me and my husband join 1.5G service and my kids can attend Sunday school at the same time. Great kids program. Church ppl are very kind and friendly. 講中文&英文都通！ We also join a small group. It’s a great community for family who are looking for a spiritual home.

Hello (“Ha luo”, “Ni hao”, “Ning hao”) __! This was an interesting Mandarin and English sermons at the church branch after my parents went to church every Sunday morning after CCOT since early summer 2017, CBCCOC since late summer 2019, EFC Garden Grove a few times in 2023 or 2024,…and so on.
