Took the kids to the pool area and had a great experience. It’s clean and well managed by the lifeguard crew.

The head lifeguard lady was very thorough in evaluating whether my kids were ready for the deep end - they were not! I was happy that kids’ safety is their first priority.

Plenty of seating for parents, I was able to kick back and chill while the kids swam and trust that they were safe. It also wasn’t super crowded so that was great. The price was extremely reasonable too! Highly recommend and will be back.

My personal opinion is as a whole it's great, feel since the pool & hot tub isn't working we all should get a discount on membership fee, but the rest is great...

Called today to pay for swim lessons for my child. Outlining the series of events that clearly define this facilities lack of care, and snobby attitude toward the people that use them (pay their paychecks) not sure names, so cast of characters below:

*Can’t be bothered teenager = receptionist
*Lord of the can’t be bothered teenagers = moderately helpful manager
*ERC = needs to raise standards

Call #1: attempted to pay balance with ā€œcan’t be bothered teenagerā€, they asked what my account number was. The account number I did not have. Just an invoice stating I needed to pay. ā€œCan’t be bothered teenagerā€ (after huffing and complaining about having to put down her nail polish and actually earn her keep) Directed me to call someone else, since they couldn’t look up by last name for some reason. Likely because that would take critical thinking, and therefore resemble actual work.

Call #2: called the referred person, who said they would create my account. Completed, asked that I call back to ERC to pay. Stated several times this would be seamless from here forward. Actually kinda helpful here.

Call #3: called ERC again, met with ā€œcan’t be bothered teenagerā€. Asked to now pay bill. Enter more huffing, and repetition of redundant questions such as ā€œwhat’s the account numberā€ and ā€œI cannot look up your last name. What’s your account number?ā€ After explaining about 7 times that I was told to give last name and tilt would be fine, was asked to hold for a moment. Phone set down, either unaware that I could hear the conversation with ā€œLord of can’t be bothered teenagersā€. Conversation is as follows:
Can’t be bothered teenager: ā€œugh, ugh, ugh, can you talk to this person? I literally. Can. Not. Deal. With. This. Karen. Ugh, ugh, ughā€

Enter Lord of the can’t be bothered teenagers: asks for my account number 3 more times, all while listening to me state I don’t have it. After the fourth time, asks what my card number is to processes payment. I ask to clarify how they can take payment without my account number, to which I get ā€œoh, well that was what can’t be bothered needed, card number. Not account numberā€ Clear lack of training, lack of care, lack of engagement and knowledge on the core fundamentals of the job. Providing services for a fee.

0/10 don’t recommend. Great candidate for either mass firing of staff and hiring event or on site training for all the teenagers.

Very nice place. I ran in to use the restroom during my son's soccer game. I was impressed with how clean everything was. The women's restroom also provided feminine products and had a sharps disposal for diabetics. As a mom of a type 1 diabetic this was so considerate. Most places absolutely do not accommodate diabetics, so this was most impressive and appreciated.

I am so very sad with our experience today. We booked here for my son’s first birthday party. We were met with only rude, couldn’t be bothered teenagers running this place. The lifeguard came in very rudely and interrupted my son’s party with family and friends to ask for a cupcake. It was so rude. He could have at least waitied until the end of the party. The girls at the front desk were so incredibly rude and couldn’t even be bothered to look up from the books they were reading to answer simple questions. This is such a shame. The facility itself was so nice and we were so excited, but the people running this place made it a terrible experience. We will not be returning. I am so sad upset. At least have one adult there to help run this place.

For the most part I do enjoy this place. We mostly go for the workout area and pool. The workout area does have everything we need, even though smaller than we are used to its not overcrowded so it works out. The price for the yearly plan is very decent compared to what we are used to. The employees during the day mon-fri are very nice, especially the newish gal with brown hair at the front desk! On the weekends/afternoons are a different story (teenagers that wont even look at you)... one major annoying downside is when the teenagers come in and don't clean the machines or run around like they're in the school school gym. And those rules are never enforced. I've not once seen anyone employee say something to them. It's not bad during the day, moreso the afternoon. I also question how often the locker room showers are actually cleaned. I am there 5-6 days/week and have seen the same filth in some of the showers a few days in a row. I.e. a fake nail, or a orange hair tie, things that are easy to identify.

The play place my kids seem to enjoy and the employees are very nice! I do wish the would extend the hours past noon during the week but it is what it is. Maybe someday!
