Kaleidoscope is hypocritical. They say their mission is to enhance the lives of those with disabilities and help them live and work in their communities. But, they won’t hire a person with disabilities. They are content to collect money providing services for those with a disability, but will only hire a person who fits into a nice neurotypical box.

My daughter's therapist seems knoweledgeable but for the in person sessions theres little to no interaction. At this point it seems like a waste of time. I feel like you guys need to hire people that are able to interact with small children

Would give 0 stars if i could. Therapists and scheduling department are the worst we ever had. My son has been receiving ABA therapies for more than 5 years. And with easterseals, we have been getting the service from past 4 months. We have never faced issues with other providers as much as what we are facing with easterseals. Though my son is authorized to get therapies for 15 hours a week, these guys are only providing 4 hours of therapy. Moreover they will not even let you know when there is a cancellation/change in schedule. They are totally unprofessional and unpunctual. We will know that there is no session only after we call them to find out why the therapist did not show up. They are not fit even for baby sitting. Horrible therapists. Total waste of your kid’s time and effort.
