Our teen boys competed in the Scholar's Bowl for Halls High yesterday at East Tennessee PBS. It's a nice facility, and the staff are very friendly and professional. Frank Murphy is a super friendly, gracious, and funny host for Scholar's Bowl, as well! I have to mention, the Halls team won both their matches, and made the "Smart 16" round!

I got in touch with the membership director today and he could not have been nicer. He fixed the problem of my donation amount. I am grateful. I do believe there is massive room for improvement, both in customer service and in the user friendliness of the donation portion of the website.

I've been watching Ridley Road since the season began, and it's one of the worst productions I've ever seen on this channel. The sound is terrible, the acting is atrocious, and the makeup is almost clownlike! PBS must do much better than this for me to keep my membership!
