This rescue is magical! All of the volunteers love the animals and they work hard to give the best quality of life to everyone who’s taken in. They’re careful to adopt to the best homes possible and will do anything to make sure the animals are comfortable, happy, and healthy.

I received a very rude phone call after turning in my application. They seemed to question everything I had done with my animals. My animals are very well taken care of and anyone that comes to our farm will vouch for that. Kindness goes a long way with humans and animals. I hope these horses are treated better than I was this morning.

In response to your reply...It will not allow me to reply to you. I explained why we had found a new home for our previous donkeys. It was for the safety of my children. You kept saying you did not understand why and asking the same question multiple times. I felt like I was being interrogated for a crime. The answer was very simple. They were large animals and my children are small. Donkeys like to rough house and play and my children's safety was at stake. There is no reason to repeatedly ask the same question. I also told you we have three seperate pens. However, since I stated that my mini cows, goats,and previous donkeys all lived happy together you immediatly judged that. I want to ensure you that our previous donkeys went to a wonderful home just 20 minutes from us with no small children. You didn't care to ask that question. My children still want to learn about equines and care for them. A mini would be perfect for them at this time. Sadly, it will not be from your rescue. I hate that these precious mini's are missing out on a great home.
