This hospital is great. I’ve only been here 2x but both were fantastic. I loved the staff, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and communicative. I hope I never have to come back but I know that if I do, it will be a good experience.

definitely don’t like this hospital, they are so rude and don’t actually hear ur concerns. last week my boyfriend went in for a stomach bug at the er because he couldn’t keep anything down , just for them to only take his vitals and make us wait in a room for 45 mins. while everyone else was getting checked. when we tried to leave , some nurses where just sitting there doing nothing. plus being so rude about us leaving.

We stopped by here on a Saturday morning and the OBGYN/ ER staff were amazing! They took very good care of us and we were back on our road trip.

The care coordinator Ann was incredibly unprofessional, rude and disruptive. My family will never return to this hospital. Dr Dillon did nothing and witnessed her tantrum as Ann and ran out of our room after getting upset that we wanted a doctors opinion. She is on a power trip and her ego drives her behavior. Her poor communication skills and angry demeanor is the basis of how she communicates. After reporting her to the charge nurse Spooner, nothing was done. Ann continued to her bad behavior because Spooner said Ann was too busy to talk too.
I’ve never experienced a medical care worker so out of control and nothing stopping a bad worker. When referring to her as a care coordinator, Ann became angry and demanded she be called ANN. When she tried to call me when I was outside crying and as I returned to the room, she opened the door and stated,” I tried to call you .” I stated I was outside and she then said,” I tried to call you!”
This person has absolutely no compassion. It was a hard time in the hospital because my mom was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. ANN THE CARE COORDINATOR COULD CARE LESS AND WANTED TO CONTROL THE SITUATION . Dr Dillion was claiming we had already been informed how to run an oxygen tank snd nebulizer when in fact no one had talked to us about it till right before discharge. He talked down to my mother and me insinuating how simple and easy it is to know like we were stupid. His communication skills are poor and he acted like we were wanting more time than he could spare. Spooner told me her director Rhône is the highest I could go with complaints. This is incorrect.
Avoid this hospital . I will continue reporting up the chain.

I went in for painful shingles / my immune system is compromised. I was and still am in pain.i was literally treated like a drug addicted. I was told by the Dr."I will give you a few pills and do not come back and try to get more.then I asked if I could get a patch for the pain Dr. Replied I'm not going to have you eat it...I am appalled!!!I he has absolutely no compassion .I was in tears the nurse apologized I told her I will never come back to this hospital again...not to mention the stroke I had in loveland co Banner health, yes they sent me home with a headache... if you can make the drive somewhere else ,go...if I could give 0 star I would.

I've been here a lot, and the staff and care are amazing and compassionate. Particularly the nurse and security guard when I came in for suicidal ideation (don't worry, I'm ok now).

I was told by my dermatologist to go to the ER as she was concerned about some of my symptoms.
I arrived on Friday afternoon and the woman at the desk was very kind and helpful.
I was taken to a room and the nurse, who was nice, took my vitals. I was concerned when in my chart they were not the same as they were when she took them. First strike
Then Dr Doll came in and asked my why I came. I replayed the conversation with my other Dr. I felt dismissed. He left. Strike two
I didn't see anyone else until the nurse came to do lab tests. I then sat there while the tests were ran. Dr came back and said everything was fine (although my blood came back with infection and kidney issues.)
and was sending me home. Fine, great, I wanted out of there. Waiting another 30 minutes and I called to ask when I could leave. They said they needed to finish paperwork but an emergency was coming in. I waited another 20 min, my friend was in the parking lot and no emergency came in. Another, 15 minutes and still no ambulance or helicopter.
By this time I was over waiting and I walked out. Strike three.
It's sad that the hospital that is closest to me was so bad. I will drive further away to get better care.
