Christina Rinderle of Durango Land and Homes has a reputation as the best realtor in Durango for a reason. She went completely above and beyond when my husband Bryan and I were selling our house. She genuinely cares about her clients, and she’s super connected in the community because she’s so experienced, smart and also incredibly nice. I once asked if she ever sleeps because she seems to always be working, ready to answer questions or offer suggestions for, say, an electrician. Once we were under contract, Christina would send detailed information with next steps/deadlines – what we needed to do and when. She took care of so many details to make sure closing went smoothly. One time she even had a friend mow the lawn since we live up in Denver now! Bryan and I had an emotional attachment to our home – it was our first home, and we loved it for decades and raised our first dog there – and Christina understood that and helped us with that aspect, too. She always gives honest advice. We can’t say enough good things about her so I’ll close by saying we highly recommend Christina Rinderle!
