This organization gave me a lot of false hope and misrepresents what it is they actually do. In addition the communication is awful. The list of services they provide on the website is inaccurate. For example, I could not get a well check one evening as stated on the website. Communication is horrible as well as I’ve been lied to at times. I have attempted to get in touch with the owner multiple times and still have not heard back. The dynamics of the organization changes as they will offer other help when something falls throug but it does not come through.

I was driving down the road today and witnessed a 2-300 lb staff member slamming a small child on the ground repeatedly then another staff member came to the scene because I called the police and that staff member hit me in the face multiple times in front of the same child in their care. This child was traumatized and I was sitting on the ground with him waiting for his parents to show up and a staff member walked up and demanded a hug from him. I could tell he was uncomfortable but gave the hug anyway. One of the craziest things I’ve ever seen.

Dragonfly Landing Family Services is easily the highest level of care for children and parents. Not only did these wonderful genuine care for people help me find a place and a vehicle within 4 hours of meeting the providers and the owner, they also got me in supervised visits with all of my children, helped me with a outstanding lawyer and also the highest level of care for my children. The first day was absolutely astonishing my children and I actually had fun and looking forward to counseling to further my fathering skills. If you are in need of high level help with people who care get in contact with this group asap. They CARE! I'm truly blessed to be a part of this for the advancement of my family...Thankyou Dragonfly Landing

For the past few months my child and I have built one of the most amazing relationships with everyone there at Dragonfly Landing! Throughout the week I'm actively checked on by Kebrina whom also assists me with a my Life Skills program! Dragonfly Landing has been a stepping stone in my progress for a successful self and family! 5Stars could never be enough to explain the gratitude.
