I can't even begin to tell you how much Dr Shay has done for me so far, I went into his office last year with very little hope. I really thought that I wasn't going to be able to get fixed but Dr Shay brought back light to my life! Thank you for that Dr Shay!! I also wanted to mention how wonderful his staff is. Carie and Monica are amazing!

I've spent a lot of time here getting a combination or restorative (lots of corrections from work completed poorly elsewhere) and cosmetic work from Dr Shay. The service is both friendly and fair. I'm from the UK (we don't have to deal with insurance there) and a few of my also non-American colleagues have had issues with Dentists not checking into their insurance properly before commencing treatment (we're clueless when we first move here). I've never went into a treatment with Dr Shay (& Carrie who runs the show) without knowing exactly what I was getting myself into. I now have beautiful natural looking veneers (my friends forget I have them...in a nice way) and an all-around much better dental outlook. I recommend this surgery to all of my friends and colleagues.

The best doctor, the best office, the best staff. Hands down this is a 10+ star place. Dr. Shay is indeed the best one can come across in all of New York and maybe this country. His staff is amazing, caring and very nurturing

Ms. Carrie the office manage is half the reason I have the strength to show up for my visits,( i hate needles ) she is the most amazing understanding warm and loving women any human can come across.

Ms. Carrie not only understands when it is an emergency but also makes sure to accommodate me with my crazy time schedule and follows up to check up on me as to how I am doing after the treatment.
Words don't do justice to how amazing Dr shay and Carrie are and they make a wonderful team.

I am so grateful that I found Dr Shay’s office. I have had several unpleasant experiences with other dentists in the past so I have been hesitant to go to the dentist. Dr. Shay has made me trust dentists again. The entire staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The gentlest cleaning I have ever had!

I was visiting Dr Shay dental office for few years. By time from average he turns to very bad dentist. He left on my tooth one root uncleaned and I had inflammation until I found real dentist to clean root left untreated. After that inflammation was gone. On another tooth he broke pece of metal in root. He send off parts of my healthy teeth to feat crowns he made in his office. Because my jaw gets uneven and my bite not good for sometime I have headaches. I am looking for lawyer!
All this I can prove with documents and records. I am ready and willing to repeate in real time .

Dr. Shay is the best! He's a great dentist! Not only is he gentle but so accommodating. I have a ER dental situation during the blizzard a few weeks ago and he took me right away. The office staff is quite helpful as well. Would fully recommend Dr. Shay for all your dental needs!

I've been coming to Dr Shay for years, he's a great dentist. I reasonable prices and uses the most modern equipment. He even has a 3-D printer to create molds for drilling. If you're looking for a good dentist he's your man.
