Lady dealt with needed help she was an older lady having to multi task between me n four others. I felt sorry for her but she was above and beyond exceptional customer service n just hated that I seen her running back n forth but she is a valuable face for the company cause she was very pleasant to deal with n made sure to acknowledge that she has seen ur face n will get to you soon as possible.
