Derrick was very friendly and professional. He quickly located the issue we called about and found a potential deadly issue that needed to be resolved immediately. Derrick explained everything that was going on and showed where and what the problem was. Let me say that the field technician, Steve, was a 10/10. The parts needed to repair my system took a LONG time to arrive. I understand that things happen. The only thing that would have made this a five-star review is better communication from "home office." Once delays were expected, some proactive communication about the delay would have been appreciated. Overall, I'm satisfied with the experience, and looking forward to using Dor-Mar in the future.

The Technician that did the work was great in and out in about 10 or 15 minutes and here is where it goes off the rails the company sells me a part for my furnace for $300 that can be gotten from multiple places for between $100 and $200 and then charged me $150 for the 15 minutes that it took their Technician to remove and replace the said part.So it's hard not to feel like we were taking advantage of but I will say this they're not the only company with this practice. Needless to say I'm not happy

Cameron was great. The scheduling however... not so good. I get things happen but most of the time if you communicate with your customer they are understanding. You will get the occasional bad egg but most people just want to know what is going on.

An A/C unit needed to be moved so I could install a new deck. I expected it to take several hours. They worked quickly and efficiently. In a relatively short period of time they were testing it and cleaning up. Great service! Will be using them again in the future.
