After 23 years, it was time for me to let go of my beloved car. Donate For Charity helped me feel better about that! The process was really easy and went just as described. I spoke to a nice person on the phone and then got clear and comprehensive instructions by email. Donate For Charity worked with a local towing company, and the tow truck driver was just amazingly kind about me getting weepy. Then the person who sent me a follow-up email was also very kind. I am so happy that the value of my car will help the local charity I chose. I would recommend Donate For Charity!

Had a wonderful, positive experience in the donation of my vehicle. Filled out an online form and within a couple of hours received a phone call from Annette of Donate for Charity (Napa).
Annette asked a few questions about the condition of the car to determine its value. We, then,
decided on the pickup date and time period. After the call, she, immediately, sent a follow-up email with detailed instructions to explain what I needed to do before and after the pickup. Annette was most pleasant, courteous and patient.
The towing company was also great to work with. I was able to reschedule the pickup to an
earlier time. The tow truck driver was super nice, very polite, cordial, fast and efficient. The process was completed with ease. High kudos and thanks to Annette at Donate for Charity and to Julian at Montalvo Towing Company.

We donated our Yukon through Donate to Charity. They made the process so easy, it took about 10 minutes of my time. After I provided them the information, the company picking up the vehicle called to schedule. The pickup went smoothly and the driver let me know when he was 1 hour out, making it convenient for me to be ready. Donate for Charity sent me an email with clear instructions on what to do to prepare for pickup and what to send to the DMV after the vehicle was picked up. They even included all the information I provided on the vehicle so I didn't have to look up the vin number, the license etc. They sent me a list of approved charities to make the donation to and also gave me the option of choosing one of my own charities. Overall a great experience. I recommend them highly if your considering donating your car.

Donate for Charity made the process for donating my car smooth and seamless. They communicated clearly and gave me all the information I needed, including specific directions about transferring the title, as well as contacts for the local tow company that picked up the car. The tow truck driver was prompt, efficient and friendly, and though I hated to see the car I enjoyed for 25 years go, I am glad the proceeds will benefit a great organization, Save a Forgotten Equine, that rescues abused and neglected horses.

If you are looking for a outstanding company they would win !
Jean took her time listening to my needs and also realizing that some people have emotional attachments to their vehicles -
She was very thorough in explaining the process and could not have been more polite & friendly ?
Annette sent me emails with step by step instructions and updated me on everything and she also was very nice ?
I wanted my Toyota Highlander to go to a Veteran donation so I picked "Operation First Response" there are so many Veterans that we should take better care of considering they gave Us Freedom ?
And my father was in the Navy and the Air Force as well.
