I must give the biggest shout out to Sheana Rizzo for being so amazing and helpful! I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and she was/is my saving grace in getting things taken care of for me that I couldn't. If you have an opportunity to request her, I highly recommend it! Oh my, what a sigh of relief to meet Katie of Disabled Resources! She is wonderful. I recommend her company completely. I have had a few hard times trying to get into my appointment. She is very forgiving. I am so happy that this place exists. Thank you so much.

This place is often busy. Nevertheless this business had a good sense of order. Well informed, kind and very helpful. Always clean, and smells fresh. Right above the post office downtown Fort Collins.

Good luck getting anyone to help you here, or even call you back, no matter how many times you try to call them at the fort collins or the Loveland office. It's a terrible flat out lie that they claim to help the disabled.

Over the years Fort Collins DRS has provided: a great loan closet for comodes, crutches, and walkers. It is a good advocacy for those in need of housing, mentorship for self starters. They don't have everything that you may need or want. They do have a board and they aim to be useful. They have come a long way over the years. They provide friendly customer service and uplifting case management. Thanks Katy and Terry.

I think that this company does
amazing things for the disabled people of our community for instance when my brother needed a walker they followed through. I would give them 5 stars but I'm giving them only 3 because when I talked to the "face" of the company Terry she was absolutely rude, wouldn't listen to what I was saying and when I was trying to figure out when and how to get the Walker back to them after my brother passed away she just kept fumbling and kept going mm hmm and kept telling me nope we don't do that over and over. Terry also told me that if I didn't have the walker back by June they would bill me again. I said absolutely not because I'm trying to make accommodations to get it back to them. My sister and I work 8-5 jobs and can't make it over before they close and when I asked if they were open on weekends I was told no and when asked if someone could stay a little bit late I got told "nope". When I asked to speak to the manager she conveniently wasn't in the office that day but would return in the morning, and every morning that I've called I keep getting the same story that she's not in until the next day. I hope no one ever has to experience this.
