Used to be helpful, now they're pretty much useless. You have to make an appointment and they have you fill out this paper work and wait to see the one person who can actually help. Only to find out they can't actually help and defer everything to Denver. They have like 6 people there taking you in and acting like they can help but you might as well file yourself or go somewhere else. The gentleman who I saw mentioned that someone messed up so they can't really do anything 🤷🏼‍♂️. Why are they even open? Sounds like they just want to seem open and collect donations or however they receive funds and not deal with vets🤔

They help veterans with disability claims. Unfortunately they aren’t around much which makes getting stuff done kinda of a slow process. Wish there was a way that they could’ve notified me how to enter my information into the system before my appointment so my appointment wasn’t wasted on just getting me into the system. Set another appointment for a month later just to turn in papers. I would think this type of process could be streamlined as well considering the technology of today.

CAUTION ACTIVE DUTY
If you plan on utilizing Benifits Delivery at Discharge (BDD), this chaper can not help you.

They are great in helping to create your application of disability to submit to the VA. However, they have a policy that prevents them from submitting a disability claim prior to 60 days from separation. Which is 180-90 days.

This will make you ineligible to receive BDD, and the VA will only start your claim after separation.

These guys are on track to to have served 1000 nds. with their claims. If you need assistance give these guys a call. Monday and Tuesday between 830 and 12 to make an appointment. They helped me and are still helping. Can't say enough good things about these guys.
