Jessica. the AD at Developmental Pathways, truly entered our lives as a beacon of hope during one of our most difficult times. My family found ourselves in a situation where we felt unheard, overwhelmed, and desperate for support. As a caregiver for two individuals in my home, my ability to work full-time is severely limited, which makes us rely heavily on the resources that Medicaid provides to keep us healthy and our household functioning. Without Jessica's unwavering support, I genuinely believe we would have lost everything we hold dear.

Her compassion and understanding offered us the solace we so desperately needed. Jessica took the time to listen, to truly hear my struggles, and faced each challenge with an incredible amount of grace. I feel profoundly grateful to have someone like her in such a vital position, advocating for those who need it most. In moments when life takes unexpected and unsettling turns, having someone step in and stand up for you can make all the difference in the world.

Thank you endlessly, Jessica. We will always be in your debt for your unwavering support and dedication to our well-being. Your assistance has brought us hope and comfort during a trying time, and it means more to us than words can express.

I have had the pleasure of working with Developmental Pathways for a number of years and have been impressed by their case managers in general, but there is one case manager that stands out - Marlene Miranda. Her care and concern for her clients as well as her responsiveness makes her - and your Organization- such a pleasure to work with. Her speed and ability to follow up and follow through with the paperwork, steps, and stages that can otherwise make this process daunting and sometimes delay services, is really exceptional. I have friends that avoid dealing with Case Management Organizations due to difficulties and delays they have experienced. That is not at all my experience with this Organization - thanks to Marlene and other case managers like her. Keep up the great work and thank you for the important and exceptional service you provide for the Community!

Absolute worst! Sydney Boyd was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. She has ZERO understanding of neurodivergent individuals. She continuously talked over me, patronized me, and failed to listen throughout the brief zoom call for which she never turned on her camera. DV needs educational outreach to their employees on differently abled adults. The irony is so thick since they deal with disabilities! Regardless, her unprofessionalism was shocking. Ultimately, she left me without services due to her inability to listen and adjust in the first 4 mins of a 8 min call! Patience is a prerequisite for this job. She’s unsuitable in this role and should be fired.

After trying for a week to get a hold of my moms case worker I was able to have a meeting but no follow through so another week of trying to get the paperwork promised I emailed her supervisor and got nothing from her either. It has been 2 weeks and no one will respond. This is unacceptable. If you are looking for assistance don't waste your time. Unfortunately the state assigned us to them. This is worse that what we had! They apparently do not care about the welfare of my mom-sick!

Developmental Pathways is a terrible community center board- agency. I would give NO stars to them. The people that work there are ridiculous to deal with. Very unprofessional and not helpful with anything at all. Trying to get your kid services is extremely hard with Developmental Pathways. They should be ashamed of how they treat families. I would never recommend them for anything!!

Is there a - mark to check here? This place would have gotten it if it was there.
3 years between them and Rocky Mt. Human services trying to get them to do their jobs and my employees getting stiffed of years of pay and no one steps up to take responsibility for it.
They didn't even know what is really going on with the other entities they work with.
All you get is one excuse after another and the buck passed to anyone else but them
Had my SSDI pay nabbed for 3 straight months due to there total lack of care for the people they supposedly work for. I have never seen such incompetence in all my life . Hundreds and hundreds of emails over a 3 year period begging them to get things done because of scheduled surgeries and end up with no help again because of issues that should have been taken care of years ago.
I'm not the only one either. Sooooo many people have been stiffed of pay because they won't get anything done.
I was told I had to re-enroll in CDASS AGAIN, after already being enrolled and trained 2 times.
In the meantime getting multiple letters from not only CDASS but the payroll company giving me all the State details of my current enrollment, payroll, dates of eligibility and employee information.
Still, they have figured out a way to now show me ineligible for Medicaid again, and Doctors offices and Hospitals getting stiffed on their services by not paying them due to these issues.
How much worse can it get? Don't ask or you will find out.
How nice it would be of someone, anyone in this day and age would just accept responsibility for the wrong they have caused to so many , and do the right things without legal action.
I would be ashamed if I worked for this place and had done this to so many.
I have injured myself so bad having to do the things myself I have needed help for.
Don't try and call for help either, or will be months before you even get a call back. Supervisors can't even get anything done. Disgraceful!
Avoid this place at all cost.

I have only been with DP for a short time. They have helped tremendously get my stairlift installed. Mason and his crew are fantastic and super helpful. I haven't been assigned a case manager yet but Cailun has been super helpful as well. Thank you I hope this is just the beginning of long term journey in helping me with my disabilities. I've been with other advocacy nonprofits and this one is off to a great start!
