Case manager is absolutely useless, takes forever to respond to emails, doesn’t do anything in a timely manner but threatens to take my services away when I don’t do things she wants in a timely manner. I’ve reached out to her supervisor many times and haven’t heard back either. I’m glad my CCB is changing cuz I hate this place

DDRC has been a tremendous help and I am thankful for all that they do for our two boys. There has to be parts of this that we do on our own to obtain help. I consider them as part of the team as every parent should in this program. I think they do an outstanding job and the best that they can everyday. Thank You DDRC!

We've had an awful experience with the Early Intervention Program through DDRC. I initially reached out to them in April 2022 to have my little one evaluated due to concerns with her verbal language skills. Long story short, she was deemed eligible for services and 6 months later we have just now been assigned a speech therapist. No one ever returns messages - not the case manager, not the therapist. It's frustrating to say the least. 6 months of waiting for services is really unacceptable....Early invention is key yet these toddlers don't get the support they need to help with their development in a timely manner. It's really sad.

Takes months to get things worked on, 9 months and waiting for job assistance still, no clear anticipation of timelines or guidance on steps to come with some staff. Guess wait list contributed to this and Covid.
Asked for help in home and it’s been over two years. Finally got one sp to respond but with Covid a year was lost, then they replied they had someone and then the person notified them they were moving in under a week of interview after we got our hopes up! Sad and demoralizing. We have desperately needed help and this is all we have, still no help yet after months to years of waiting. DDRC does not care if we implode with all the problems we are dealing with. Staff leave without notice, staff changes and no continuity of communication, need to start all over again. Sucks.
