Kristen and Courtnie are truly second to none. After two failed adoptions, we began to feel like adoption might never be possible. Little did we know that Kristen — someone we had never met — was working behind the scenes to find the perfect situation for us. In her own words, she “held our hearts in her hands,” and that’s exactly how it felt. She walked with us through an almost angel drop-case process, offering reassurance every step of the way.

When she introduced us to our incredible adoptive family advocate, Courtnie, we felt that same level of care and support. Both Kristen and Courtnie didn’t just care about placing a baby — they cared about being thorough, thoughtful, and sure. They made sure the birth mother felt loved, seen, and supported, and that meant the world to us.

If we could do this journey all over again, we would have started with them from the very beginning. We are forever grateful for their compassion, dedication, and the way they cared for everyone involved in this process.

We cannot say enough incredible things about Destiny (Knoxville/FL office)! They absolutely exceeded any expectation we had during our adoption journey. They seem to have struck a perfect balance between caring deeply for the birth mom and meeting all of her needs, while also meeting the needs of adoptive families. Both birth mom and our family were assigned separate case manager's that were always just a phone call away. Our adoption was such a gift and we have Destiny to thank for that!

Through our process Kristen and Courtnie both treated our birth family and ourselves just like family and treated us with the upmost respect and love! For my Husband and I Destiny Adoption is soo much more than just and Adoption Agency. When we first Connected with Destiny Adoption it was to have our home study completed. At the time we were working with a 3rd party. The first time we spoke with Kristen the Executive Director and Courtnie the Adoption Advocate there was an instant connection. Their willingness to help and their passion for not only adoption but their hopeful families and birth mothers was very apparent. We signed on with Destiny Adoption TN very shortly after our initial conversation. We still knew very little about the adoption process, or how it worked. These ladies spent hours on the phone with us and in our home, gave us resources, and, were a breath of fresh air. We ultimately matched through a private sector but, Destiny Adoption TN never left our side. We spoke almost every day throughout our match. These ladies protected us, made sure we asked the right questions, and they celebrated with us when we finally brought our son home. Kristen and Courtnie are soo much more than the face of Destiny Adoption TN. They are our family, advocates for ethical adoption and birth mothers, fighters for the LGBTQ community, and they are no nonsense when it comes to their hopeful families. We are so blessed to have met these two. My husband and I can not recommend Kristen and Courtnie of Destiny Adoption TN enough. They were the glue that held us together during our journey and we are forever grateful for them.

Adoption can cause a lot of stress and long waiting periods to say the least. In September of 2021 a phone call ended our long wait and that is when we had the pleasure of meeting Kristen and Courtnie. We knew there were going to be questions and roads we had to navigate. The birth was taking place within 24 hours and knowing this had us bursting with joy and anxiety. Kristen and Courtnie alleviated that by their constant updates in all aspects. As questions aroused we felt very comfortable reaching out to them at any time. They were there for us from the initial phone call, through hospital stay, bringing our baby home to present day. No question goes unanswered. Time is always given to us whenever we reached out and still reach out.
We highly recommend Destiny adoption for not only are they there during the process, we feel they will be there when needed. A wonderful and beautiful experience!
