Design.Garden has produced and hosted several web-sites for our apartment business over the past 15 years. Their staff have been easy to work with, very professional and patient while working with us until all of the features were perfect. Our previous website was custom-coded which sometimes made processes to be slow and tedious. We wanted to move on from our old website developer due to wanting to be more independent and self-sufficient when updating the site, the lack of customer support responsiveness, and inefficient, clunky back-end tools.

We met with large and small companies. After meeting Matt, owner of Design.Garden on multiple occasions, we realized how much we enjoyed his personality, patience, and expertise in website development. We liked being able to meet the founder and someone with a technical knowledge background rather than a salesperson. We appreciated how much he was willing to educate us in areas we didn't understand and address our questions and concerns immediately. One example is explaining the difference between WordPress and custom-made websites, their pros and cons, and which one would be best for our company based on our needs.

We also liked that Design.Garden is a smaller company, the communication and relationships with smaller companies seem more genuine. Compared to more expensive companies, Matt asked us questions related to our needs rather than how successful our company has been or our price range. Design.Garden also provided examples and customer reviews to help with any uncertainty.

Although we are not finished with our website, we are satisfied with the current results and the customer service provided. Design.Garden has greatly enhanced our design, features, back-end tools, and menu/navigation. These improvements have made the organization of our website more intuitive and have made site updates easier and less cumbersome. We look forward to phase 2 with Design.Garden.
