I call them to get some help and I’ll I get is hour of wait and no help how outrageous all that time on the phone and I get discontinued from my case yeah give me a break I don’t understand how we have people working in these buildings if there not really helping anyone beside there own family members in calabasas of all places yeah America ruined itself

The girls that work there they don't love what they do because when I got there there was a kind security guard but the girl who attended me was rude a very disrespectful like if she was having a bad day but something they have to understand is no matter if they are having a bad day they have to treat the costumer with respect so I will never come back to thaf place because everyone deserves to be respected !!!!and this girls shouldnt never work in places like that !!! My friend was on hold for a hour just so she could get her card unfrozen cause she's in another state and can't get home it's stupid we shouldn't have to wait that long and then we had been put on hold many other times it's ridiculous

This isn’t fare. People really rely on these services and the reps (phone or location) are highly rude, or don’t care. The food benefit’s are usually late or you just don’t get them that month. Other services requested/approved for you don’t see nor get and when you try to complain about anything they’re rude making you seem like you’re doing something wrong.The wait time over the phone & in person is 2 hours or more a long wait to absolutely get no where. How can these DPSS workers call themselves decent human beings the way they treat the less fortunate in such a manner is unparallel, rather it be for temporary or permanent services through the DPSS program(s). Red alert investigation? asap.

There is a Supervisor there called Tigran that works in Customer Service. He's this short guy with a huge ego. We went there asking to speak to him - he made us wait there Deliberately for about an hour and a half. All that he needed to do was give us a card and the website where we can apply.

My experience went well other than the waiting time however I didn't have an appointment line was moving fast I was there for about 2 hrs. My case worker was helpful and had a great attitude good service.
