I have been homeless for over a month now. I was denied Medicaid because I can’t prove my disability, well how can I when I can’t afford a doctor!!!!!!!!
Can’t even get food stamps!!!!!!

I am so over this human services department, they DO NOT care about the community.

Child service dept. Is horrible my ex owes me 8000 yet has his license has fancy cars and his girlfriend is able to file for food stamp assistant and he can flash all these 100 dollars to his son. Get another truck and have food paid. While we get denied cuz of a measly 400 he started paying. Carmen is a bad employee who doesn't care. I wish I could go higher up to complain but they never seem to know anything

I am so impressed with this office! Every time I need anything, the staff is so eager and willing to help. For such a small town, I am just thrilled that there is a huge support service here. Only thing I would love to see is a wheelchair accessible entrance. There might be one from a different entrance that I just haven't discovered.

Very abusive.
Staff has a tradition of privacy law violation and false reporting ( lying) to Leadville Police and Lake County Commissioners.
Staff didn't know what a QMB is and I had to go to Pueblo to straighten it out....
Shameful and criminal staff.

Worst place very rude and dose not solve issues that they cause. My child only has Medicaid for insurance and they keep cleaming he has outher insurance coverage liers and cheats all the way.
