There's no reason why the Denver Rescue Mission should be announcing any body's full name over the intercom, therefore breaking client's confidentiality. The owner needs to think about that, because my confidentiality was broken and exploited. I would appreciate a response from the owner, due to this specific reason. I have to deal with identity fraud and other fraudulent activities because of this.
Other clients need to take note of this, and don't let the front staff announce your full name over the intercom like how that was done to me. I would appreciate some input from my request, since my confidentiality was exploited and my identity stolen. Is there another way for this organization to face some type of responsibility for this atrocious behavior? It's uncalled for, to call a client's full name and break confidentiality over the intercom? Because that was unreasonable to do that, when the staff could have called me personally on my cell phone to reach me.
I have nothing good to say about this organization and it's beyond creepy to mix families with homelessness men. My laundry had been messed with and stolen, like there were cameras all over but I didn't see any accountability taking place. What's the staff doing in real time, other than making sure rent is paid. It was a circus run by clowns for sure.

This haven was an absolute blessing to me and my family. We were in a very dark place, new to the state, and I found this Mission and they blessed us in so many ways. Not only do they accept men, but women and families. They offer counseling for free, three meals a day at a very low cost monthly. The staff are friendly and wonderful, never had an issue with anyone there. They are understanding and caring. If you want real true help you will get it from here. Financial help, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. I'm very grateful for this Mission and everyone that was involved with our healing process.

I don't know where I would be if it weren't for the crossing. Me and my two boys had our own room 3 meals a day. I met wonderful people that I'm still friends with to this day. I was in a two-year program but was able to move out in a year. Thank you Denver Rescue Mission.
