This company is Ok, not the greatest, but not the worst. The problem is when you get out to the group homes and the staff is OCD, for which there is treatment, but they get "angry" because underwear is not folded properly in a drawer, or towels are not lined up straight in the linen closet, or they, at another group home have mood swings so bad you cannot keep up with them. It was the staff that was nutty. I had a woman who wanted the client's toothbrush in the file cabinet in the kitchen,. but another woman in the house wanted it in the bathroom (this was a problem). So, they client call his case manager, and a grievance on his rights was filed. I could not get out of this place fast enough. HR, please check into your OCD and mood swinging staffers.
