I went with a group of volunteers through a charity organization to provide free dental service. The place seems clean and well maintained. It offers meals to the migrant workers and other services. Overall a good facility for people in need.
The reason for the 4 star is because it is a basic facility and not fancy at all.

I called the day before since my helper canceled last minute due to Covid. I completed the online form then spoke with Carla who let me know she would email me the phone number of my helper later that day. John was easy to work with, on time, pleasant and very strong & helpful.

I can highly recommend the Day Workers Center for your labor needs. A moving task that would have taken me all day took just a couple of hours. Obtaining help for just about anything is just a quick phone call away. They do great, reliable, fast and efficient work for a very reasonable rate. It's a win for everyone -- you get good labor at a very reasonable rate and the people at the center get much needed work. Will definitely use them again in the future...

I reached out to the DWC of MV team for help with moving. Carla Dardon helped me with scheduling and the two team members who came to help were awesome! The starting price point is very affordable. I'd recommend DWC and will use them if there is a similar need in the future!

I have a different angle of rating this establishment. Not long ago, I was a worker at the day worker center.
It was a wonderful experience.
I will be forever grateful, to the center. For it have me a chance to get back on my feet.
Very impressed with Maria. Runs the place like a fine oiled machine. Promotes fairness, unity, responsibility.
The customers that were kind enough to provide me with the possibility to work were wonderful as well.
I met great people on both ends.

Fantastic moving experience with Day Worker Center!!! We had a truck full of inherited heavy & bulky furniture that needed moving. I found several recommendations for the Day Worker Center on Nextdoor and jumped on the bandwagon. Filled out the online form Sunday night and by early Monday morning I had 2 workers reserved for me. The 2 men they sent (Victor and Ricardo) were so kind, prompt, careful, respectful, STRONG and efficient. It was like a white glove service. I'm so thrilled to have discovered this organization and will be using them all the time now. Couldn't recommend more!

We have been using the Day Worker Center for over 15 years. Everyone there is wonderful. We have hired many helpers over the years and all have been talented, problem solvers, hard workers and very polite.

Now I volunteer there because the people are working so hard to make a life and I want to contribute to that.

I'm so glad they are in my neighborhood. Don't know what I would do without their help. Wonderful place.

I wish more people knew about it. Carla is a very friendly and responsive lady who manages the DWC. After hundreds of bad and fraudulent experiences, I am very pleased with the hassle free experience I had with labors I requested from here. They are priced right, you pay for the number of hours you use the. No drama, no nothing. I highly recommend anyone looking for labor services to give this place a try.
