It is not a clean and regular food bank. Messy and not kept clean. Food was rotten and fruit, bread and a small milk was out in a box with dried chilies in a big bag. All but the bread was expired. No canned goods at all. Suggest having some type of assistance with stocking your bank. Will not attend again. They asked if they could pray for me but think they are needing prayer to restore the ministry of providing food to those in need.

Pastor David is awesome, not perfect, but awesome because of his love for the Lord.

I have been coming to this ministry for 11 years and Pastor David has gone through thick and thin with me, never giving up on me, even in my most difficult times. I was homeless, just divorced, and struggling greatly when I first arrived and I have grown tremendously through the years. We concentrate on feeding and clothing the homeless and needy.

Some of the reviews about bad management, spoiled food, people off the streets and drugs have merit. We do not take any government funds so that we have the freedom to speak without having any of God's Word coerced or censored. Which means we are all volunteers and not employee's.

We are right off of West Colfax in the heart of Denver's skid row and there is a drug problem in the United States called Fentanyl and it is the #1 cause of death for people between the ages of 18-45. I'm tired of doing eulogies for friends and neighbors.

It is hard to find good people to run a business full time as a volunteer manager and give it their all and we have been through many management challenges through the years. We have had people come in and say "I could do so much better of a job doing this", and do it for one day and quit. They really have no clue until they put their hand on the plow and start turning the ground.

But God has always provided and delivered and we know have the best team ever.
“The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest. " Luke 10:2 NKJ

We are open M-W-F from 10am-2pm for Food Bank, Clothing Bank, and a hot meal.

We have prayer meeting Wednesday night at 7pm, a Bible study Friday night at 6:30pm and a worship service Sunday morning at 10:30am.

Please join us if you feel led by the Lord.

We also do special events:

We have our Annual Thanksgiving Outreach the second Saturday of November and our Christmas Toy Drive. We used to do these events downtown but since the Pandemic, we do them here at our ministry.

99% of food is outdated last visit i got. Two items which expired in 2014. Emplyees are bigots and very rude. I suggest going anywhere but there.

After months of using this food bank I was told recently April 2019 they will no longer assist me with food because they didn't like my review. Most plause they ces use reviews to improve their services. It's not big of a deal since as before most of the items are still out dated. Just glad I never tried there cooked meals because the way they handle foods in the food bank. I would suggest the County Health Department get involved for the safety of the public.
