My goodness, how bad can you be? They were out of 3 items they were advertising, they messed up my wife's order (which was 1 blizzard) and my burger looked like it was thrown on the floor. When I brought this up to the staff, they responded with "Sir, we're trying to take care of other customers"
Wow, DQ should be ASHAMED of this location. If I owned this franchise, I would fire everyone today. Absolutely disgraceful

Waste of time. Pulled around waited 30 min went inside they gave my burger to someone else waiting. Then charged me for a melted blizzard and flat coke after I waited 30 minutes. Will never come back here it's taken a nose dive on service lately.

I recently had an experience at Dairy Queen that left me quite disappointed. I decided to grab a meal from there, expecting the usual tasty meal. Unfortunately, the moment I got home my cheese was missing and my fries were mad soggy!!!!
First, the wait time was much longer than expected. I understand that sometimes things can get busy, but it felt like I was waiting forever just to get my order.
Cheese might seem like a small detail, but when you're looking forward to a cheeseburger, it's pretty disappointing to find out that the cheese is missing. It’s not just about the taste; it’s about getting what you paid for and what you were craving. And
the atmosphere of the place was quite uncomfortable. It felt like stepping back in time to the 1950s when segregation was allowed, there was some white conservative folks hogging up the tables.
Overall, the long wait and the missing cheese on my burger made the visit less enjoyable. I hope they can work on their service efficiency and attention to detail because Dairy Queen usually offers a good experience, and I’d like to see that consistency return.

I didn't eat here, but I picked up an order for a favor customer, and the order was prepared quickly, and the staff was very friendly. If I'm ever in Cuero again, I will definitely make a point to stop here and eat.

Great customer service. It's the only place I've been in years that still says "Thank you" to the customers. The food is consistently good.

Waited over 15 minutes in the drive through. Came here because whataburger fryer wasn't working. Ordered jalitos burger and fries. Fries were way over done and I couldn't eat them. Usually everything is really good and there isn't a wait time.

We took a nice little 10th of a Mile drive in the opposite direction after eating lunch at another restaurant. Came here purely for the ice cream. The inside was clean-ISH. Seemed as though countertops and floors were clean, but most of the tables were dirty. Service was awesome: we ordered two blizzards and two hot fudge sundaes which were delivered really at lightning speed during lunch hour right to our table by someone who was actually pretty energetic! Pretty standard DQ visit in a small town. Blizzards of course as always are delicious.
