Don't go there! Equipment always breaking and the pay sucks there. Some of the staff is nice but overall two thumbs down. Don't support them at better off at biomat in mcallen or something

The operator does not answer the phone, it would save us alot of time and gas money if the operator would at list answer the phone, so we're not turn away once we show up to the plasma for whatever reason.

Es una pena que si saben que la mayoría de la gente trabaja toda la semana y cuando puede donar es el fin de semana solo pongan 2 personas para atender y uno pase más tiempo asiendo file que en lo que está en la máquina para donar y tengas que tardar más de 2 horas para poder donar eso sin contar la fila del puente hidalgo cada vez está peor

Buen servicio pero muy lento, te dejan un rato ahí conectado después de terminar de donar.
Para empezar también se tardan 30-45 minutos se ponen hablar entre ellos y no brindan la atención pareja
