Terry and her team at the stables are so kind and patient with our kids wanting to ride the horses. They are a major reason we come on weekends.

If it were possible to give no stars I would do that. We own a house here because the memories of our children growing up around the stables were fantastic. Little did we know of the evil people who have taken over the board here. We're paying dues for riding stables and trails that do not exist, the horses carry a maximum weight of 50 lbs and you are confined to the corrals. We pay dues for an exercise equipment room full of dirty equipment. We pay dues for lakes we can't swim in because of the lazy maintenance man who gets paid $24 an hour for chatting with residents. We pay dues for tennis courts and a basketball area they shut down because the neighbors don't like people using them. We pay dues for a clubhouse that is so outdated it's unsafe to use and we have to pay on top of that to use the compounds for a party. Nuff said?

Rented the HOA clubhouse for a baby shower. Very nice you could cook in there and have the place all day. Tables, chairs and a pretty view.
