Tried calling to set up a food appointment once my call went through, Agent answered to hang up on me twice. At first I thought it was done on accident but to call back second time and it happened again, it’s no longer an accident. That person is rude. They need to find out who doing it.

Person working the overflow waiting room Very nonchalant l'm only Black person. She ignored me offering samples and I asked you have any more of the samples she asked why. I said if you do. I'd liked to have some. She frowned and handed me 1 worse moment at Crossroads foodbank

I was having a very difficult time in my life and needed the services these guys could offer me for which I am extremely grateful. The process was very easy and painless as all I had to do was put on my mask, wait in a car line and pull forward as each car was taken car of. Supply the answers to a few questions along with Drivers license or ID information and continue forward as the welcoming smiles and hand gestures to move forward from the crew and I was greeted with hellos and well wishes as my car was loaded up with enough food for a family's Thanksgiving meal.
Not only was I blessed but Daisy my pooch was given some squeaky toys. How wonderful.....I feel and am blessed. Tears flood my eyes as I write this note of many thanks and gratitude for the angels that helped that day...truly a blessing for what you're doing for the community... Many heart felt thank you's!

They never answer the phones how do they expect someone to get an appointment if no one ever answers the phone what's the point of volunteering then, if you go up there you wont be helped they just give an appointment to
come back. People don't have gas to go back and forth.Make it make sense.
