Medication seems to be a huge issue here. There are no medical staff on duty to ensure meds are suspended at the appropriate amounts. Audits are done daily however, they are not done in front of the patient taking the medication. There have been many instances where scheduled (controlled) medications have come up missing. Federal law prevents the handling of controlled substance to be handled by only 3 of the following
1. The provider ( DR) prescribing the medication
2. The pharmacist or pharmacy technician dispensing the medication
Or
3. The patient dor whom the prescription is written out to.
I am well versed in these laws as I am actively working in the medical field (RN)

I have had the unfortunate experience of this facility losing a brand new bottle of my anticonvulsants medicine to prevent seizures when losing that many can not just cause but induce seizures. No management up to this point hss taken responsibility for the error making it very ditto get a new RX filled since it was just filled 20 days ago for a months worth. I have 4 days left until this script runs out and they can be very well be playing with my life as well as others

Just got out the Fed's from doing 29years. So Crosspoint really helped. I have a job at the Hilton. But check out the video of my first day out and seeing my. sister after she picked me up at the bus station. Also had to dye the beard..

This place should be shut down immediately & all the workers there fired & never to be allowed to work in that type of establishment again especially when it comes down to someone's freedom ,their life . No matter how hard the inmates there try to change for the better the employees find ways to set them up especially if they don't like you. They do not have the inmates best interest at heart they could careless if they're trying hard to change for the better My son has been there since March & has been sent back twice for oversleeping one time by 3 min ,they didn't care that he hasn't had any dirty UAs or that he works a legit job 60hrs a wk Those people are a joke & shouldn't be anyway be able to call the shots on these men's life . It's all a power trip to them . I think they should be locked in there for awhile & get a taste of their own medicine. I pray none of these people have kids because if they do I can only imagine what kind of life they have . If anyone has a family member getting released on home confinement do everything you can to keep them away from this place .

This place sets good men that are trying to better their lives up for failure, My husband is a hard worker, He provides for his family. Recently he had to return to this toxic environment because we accidently over slept and he missed his 1 o'clock check in/pic by 20 minutes, mind you he worked 3 doubles back to back that week, so of course he would be tired. I understand they have their rules/ obilgations but a little bit of sympathy would go along way. Now today (July26) my husband sent all his check stubs for his home visit approval, and Mrs Acosta & Mr. Rodriguez told him to go in and check in before 2:30pm to go over some rules, he complied when he arrived at this establishment he got a 100 seires shot without proper investigaton, and tried to force him to sign the write up. They stated they found drug paraphernalia hidden in the dorm restrooms where 2 other dorms (meaning multiple people) have access to. So I'm wondering if my husband got a 100 series shot why wasn't anyone else held accountable. I find this situation ridiculous and consider it as defamation to my husband's character because he is a changed man who has proven himself so numerous times,
Our lawyers will be brought up to speed with this bogus perjury. Us as a strong family unit will not stay silent and we will continue to fight towards this false report. thank you everyone for you time.

This place is NOT meant to help recovering addicts. Drugs everywhere and the staff allows it!! They see what goes on. Yet they pick and choose who to violate and send back. 6 months as a so called "model resident" UNTIL I was approved a Saturday WORK pass by one of administrative personnel. followed all procedures.. got pass approved. called when arrived..and yet when they called to verify if I was indeed at work. (NO REASON TO MAKE me GO BACK TO HALFWAY HOUSE) but instead they insisted i return ONLY to kick me out for my raisesd voice of concern on why I needed to return! (Anyone would have been mad!) So that was 2nd and 3rd "so called violations" and well you know how the story goes.
SYSTEM DEFINITELY NEEDS REFORM.

Terrible staff think they're all that, worthless owner never does anything cause he knows he can't be touched. Just cuz they were convicted doesn't mean they're all bad people that can't be trusted.

Horrible half way home. They steal from the ones that are getting transferred out and leave their belongings there. The answering line people all tell you different things. Manager Rodriguez never available due to his “ I can come in at whatever time I want” schedule. Administrator didn’t care. Case Managers direct you to management and admins and then you just keep going in circles!!! What a great Non profit organization!! Zero stars

I understand that more than all of the residents are individuals are previously convicted of some sort of crime. However these individuals are also human beings!! Why should they reside in a facility without hot water on the coldest days in Texas. Not to mention the flooding from one floor through another while running waters fall through a fluorescent lights.
Food served there shouldn't even be feed to furry pets without owner's. These halfway housees should be updated by residents as well as cooking, cleaning and any repairs necessary to keep a decent place to live. An the worst of this all are federal inmates are held at this location.
